This document sets out the service use agreement, account registration, deposit/withdrawal terms, and bonus rules.
1 General Provisions

2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username / password) secure. If a third party accesses your account without authorization, you must notify us immediately. line789 is not responsible for any losses that occur before you notify us.
3 Age Restriction
line789 services are available to players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account, playing, or making a deposit.
4 Deposit Rules
Deposit methods available on line789 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
Regardless of the payment method used, the minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks.
4.2 Deposit Responsibility
- You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Using a third party's bank account or payment account is strictly prohibited.
- line789 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect deposits.
- If your account balance does not update immediately after a deposit, please contact customer service.
5 Withdrawal Rules
To withdraw from line789, your balance must be at least 30,000 Ks, and the receiving account must match the name registered on your account. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
5.1 Conditions Under Which Withdrawals May Be Suspended
- If the personal information on the account is inaccurate
- If the wagering requirement for bonus funds has not been met
- If there is a fraud suspicion or the account is under review
- If a breach of these Terms and Conditions is found
5.2 Withdrawal Verification
line789 may request additional identification documents to verify large withdrawals. This is a legal obligation and is carried out as part of anti-money laundering measures.
6 Bonus and Promotion Rules
To claim bonuses and promotions on line789, you must meet the conditions set out here.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
line789's welcome bonus gives you 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15 times.
Example 2: If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a 300,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 720,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
- If it is determined that a bonus was claimed without any genuine intention to play, and only to take the funds, the bonus may be voided.
- Using a bonus to place arbitrage bets is strictly prohibited.
- If bonus fraud is found to have occurred, all related winnings may be voided.
6.3 Right to Stop Promotions
line789 reserves the right to change, suspend, or stop any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
7 Game Play and Conduct Restrictions
When playing on the line789 platform, you must follow these prohibitions at all times—
- Hacking game software or servers, or engaging in collusion
- Exploiting prior knowledge of game outcomes to gain an unfair advantage (advantage play is treated as fraud)
- Adding fake bank links to commit financial fraud
- Coordinating with other players in advance to share bonuses
- Deliberately seeking out and exploiting technical bugs on the platform
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 line789's Right to Suspend
line789 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons—
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Inaccurate registration information
- Suspected financial fraud under investigation
- Found to be under 21 years of age
- Violation of the responsible gaming policy
8.2 Self-Exclusion
